Prep update

Last week I was waiting for my period. It was 3 days late. Not a big deal now that we've decided to drive instead of fly to NJ. Just glad we didn't buy plane tickets as we'd definitely have to change them since my period was late.  I'll be getting blood work done and starting estrace on 3/22. Estrace is taken so a lead follicle doesn't develop during my IVF cycle so I'm told.  

Hubby and I talked and we aren't moving things back. He agreed that there will never be a "perfect" time. If he happens to have a job by then, we'll figure it out then. So we are still on for doing this around the end of April. My plan is to take pto from work so I don't have any added stress. Of course exact date of my pto will depend on when my period decides to come. 

Going to call tomorrow to arrange for payment and getting my prior authorization with my insurance in place. Will probably start shopping for hotels this weekend and figuring out what to do while we are there. It would be foolish to be so close to NY and not make at least an afternoon visit there. So I'll see what options there are regarding tours etc. 

Other than that, not much is happening. Just a whole lot of waiting!
